When you consider that the average person spends one-third of their life at work, it's clear that job satisfaction plays a huge role in overall happiness. But when your job demands more time than you have in a day, team members message you after hours or during holidays, or you’re dealing with a micromanager, "job satisfaction" can start to feel like a distant dream.

I am a serial calender stuffer - I love things to do at the weekends, but have started to put in blocker weekends so I dont over stuff, because I can be a social butterfly which makes my family exhausted and then grumpy!
