Asha’s Bio.

My Career Background

After 16 successful years in the creative and tech industry, working in a fast-paced environment I realised I was no longer energised by managing big ideas, big budgets and big teams. The self-help books had piled up, but I wasn't able on my own to create any lasting change. I was stuck. I was scared. I was exhausted. I hired a coach.

Coaching allowed me to take control back of my life and start to make some radical changes to it. It created so many ‘aha moments’- ‘oh that’s why that didn’t work’ and ‘no wonder that happened!’

Going Back to University.

Undertaking a MA in Coaching and Mentoring was a big step; I was being taught by some of the leading figures in coaching theory and had the opportunity to spend a year researching how cross-functioning & remote teams could share and distribute leadership - who knew in 2019 how apt this research could be!

Now a Coach & Business Owner

As a coach I continue to draw on the years of working as a consultant and working with big brands in the face of disruption and uncertainty, to connect with the challenges faced by leaders in the creative industry today.
