My Experience

15 Years of Agency

The pressures at board level, the dysfunctional nature of teams, the daily challenges of client relationships, curve-balls of family life and the ensuing self-doubt, self-sabotage and loss of identity that occurs are nothing new to me. I have faced it, questioned it, before allowing it to consume me and it almost broke my spirit, as agencies don’t like emotions especially not females ones before I successfully challenged it through my own coaching experience.

Established in 2017, the Honest Partnership has listened to the voices of agency leaders in the UK, USA and UAE, and use only evidence-based tools and techniques.

I create a supportive learning environment where leaders and their teams can explore what it means to be a team, to collaborate, to be accountable and to explore each other’s uniqueness.

No matter how bright or smart your team are, it is not guaranteed that they will perform as a team without support and direction.
