My Story.
For 16 years I worked through the ranks of marketing agencies, from PR, experiential, advertising, social and finally in digital technology platforms, I was building a working knowledge of fully integrated campaign delivery. At the core, my journey has been to enable people to develop more impactful futures.

MA Coaching & Mentoring Oxford Brookes
My Story.
After 16 successful years in digital communications, working in a fast paced technology driven environment I realised I was no longer energised by managing big ideas, budgets and teams. The self help books had piled up, but I wasn't able on my own to create any lasting change. I was stuck. I was scared. I was exhausted. I hired a coach.
“Coaching gave me space, a champion of me and someone who didn’t judge how messy my life had become.”
Looking at myself objectively and pinpointing what made me, me, was empowering and I realised I needed to make some radical changes to my life, which I did in 2015.
Coaching Journey.
Undertaking a MA in Coaching and Mentoring was a big step; I was being taught by some of the leading figures in coaching theory and had the opportunity to spend a year researching how teams could share and distribute leadership.
“The research has allowed me to expand on my own experiences, get to grips with what leadership means and how teams respond to leaders and each other. “
As a coach I continue to draw on the years of working in digital marketing agencies and working with big brands in the face of disruption and uncertainty, to connect with the challenges faced by leaders today.
“I’ve experienced first hand how finding purpose and being curious offers great opportunities to take brave steps towards an impactful future.”

My Story.
Helping people tap into their strengths so they can confront difficult truths about themselves and their life has been at the heart of what I have done for 18 years. Having worked with people who are victims of genocide torture, addictions and obsessive and compulsive disorders, what I have found is even in darkness there is light.
“I have enabled people to find their power, to step into it and to move forward in life. “
I’m also am a big believer in harnessing your passion as the starting point of being able to truly find and reach meaningful goals.
“My experience of working with groups and helping them collectively to make decisions that empower them and, ultimately, their organisations is truly satisfying.”
Woking to challenge and stretch beyond their comfort zone, assumptions, and any self-limiting beliefs, tune in, and become more aware of their impact—both the intended and unintended..
I’ve worked with a wide range of people from professionals to individuals within the asylum seeking process. The constant truth is we all have a story to tell and we all have aspirations we would like to achieve and I am a great supporter of needing to do this collectively.

Step into your own power and take ownership of your journey.
