Agency life

For 16 years I worked through the ranks of marketing agencies, from PR, experiential, advertising, social and finally in digital technology platforms, I was building a working knowledge of fully integrated campaign delivery.

My experiences of agency life

The pressures at board level, the dysfunctional nature of teams, the daily challenges of client relationships, curve-balls of family life and the ensuing self-doubt, self-sabotage and loss of identity that occurs are nothing new to me. I have faced it, questioned it, allowed it to consume me and have successfully challenged it through my own coaching experience.

What I offer

I now enable females from the creative sector to thrive; to live and work greater authenticity so as to become great leaders & role models for future generations.
