Agency Survival

As your inner emotions been challenged throughout the year, tolerance levels have sunk; drained from balancing agency with home life whilst maintaining a calm, engaging persona for clients, children and your team has lead to;

Agency firefighting: Revenue targets, budget cuts, client pressures, you & your team’s wellbeing, home-working, redundancy, furlough; wow has it been demanding.

Loneliness in leadership: Flips between isolation and lack of connection to full-on project managing kids, parents & dog & as well as play referee, chef, empathiser & enforcer all from the kitchen table.

Running on empty: Your mind and body have been pushed to their limits to continuously find the energy required for agency & home life.

Agency life

For 16 years I worked through the ranks of marketing agencies, from PR, experiential, advertising, social and finally in digital technology platforms, I was building a working knowledge of fully integrated campaign delivery.

My experiences of agency life

The pressures at board level, the dysfunctional nature of teams, the daily challenges of client relationships, curve-balls of family life and the ensuing self-doubt, self-sabotage and loss of identity that occurs are nothing new to me. I have faced it, questioned it, allowed it to consume me and have successfully challenged it through my own coaching experience.

What I offer

I now enable females from the creative sector to thrive; to live and work with greater authenticity so as to become great leaders & role models for future generations.
