Opportunities for you to grow and develop are not always priorities.

Inspire to Empower.

To uncover your own natural resources, find direction and let go of fears enabling you to experience satisfaction, joy and elation at work and in life on occasions you could do with stopping, reflecting and learning something new that you can nurture and grow.

My Experience

For 16 years I worked to connect brands in a meaningful and purposeful manner with stakeholders through strategic communications underpinned by technology. As part of that career path, I became a board member & worked to support the strategic needs of the business, whilst ensuring my own teams were reaching their goals & we were performing collectively to meet KPIs - it was an exhilarating time.

My Challenges

The pressures, the interpersonal dynamics, opposing KPIs, hierarchy, and collaboration challenges were present in my career and challenged my progress. I became exhausted and my passion for agency life wained as my energy levels drained away.

My Offer

I now work with agency leaders globally to uncover fresh perspectives to solve the challenges faced in agency life.

I’m fascinated by what motivates us as humans, what diminishes us, and how our experiences challenge our ability to perform well in teams.

In 2015 I undertook a MA in Leadership, Coaching & Mentoring, I’ve researched what enables leadership to be shared across team members; moving away from subservient follower-ship, to proactive collaboration and accountability, aligned to a shared goal, which resulted in publishing a paper on this idea in 2020.

Currently enrolled on a year's study in Systemics Team Coaching, with leading thinkers in the field.

What clients say.

“…another pair of eyes that sees things that I can't see…I was totally blind to.”

— Katie, Marketing Manager

“I couldn't work stuff out myself. I'd read self-help books, they made sense but I couldn't figure out how I could use this stuff, that made me feel like a failure… the more I tried, the worse it got.”

— Claire, Head of Customer Insights
