Our ambition is to change the system and the working environments not how women have to work and operate within them. By supporting the creative and technology sector to understand the workplace needs to change as well as our attitudes, culture and working practices to help more women thrive and grow.
Your personal story has the potential to help us shape the future of Women in Leadership and this project seeks to do that by listening and understanding the themes, challenges, barriers, and wins faced by professional women in their careers today.
By participating in this project, you can use your voice to inform and encourage changes that will empower and support women in leadership roles.

Collecting Your Stories (30 minutes)
Informal 1-2-1 interviews via Zoom are how the stories will be collected. As prompts, there are a few simple questions about your experience of developing a career, your ambition, when you noticed barriers, and what could help the industry.
