Asha guides founders, leaders, teams, and organizations to clarity, collaboration, and success. With an MA in Leadership, Coaching & Mentoring and certification as a Team Coaching Systemics Practitioner, she blends leadership, organizational psychology, and narrative strategy to empower competitive businesses and high-performance individuals.
Helen, an EMCC-accredited coach with a PR diploma and media production degree, and her magical abilities to inspire teams and individuals, and create community, have led some clients to refer to her as 'the people whisperer’. Her book, 'Founders, Freelancers & Rebels', guides creative freelancers and comes alive in her workshops, coaching, and events.

During the discovery phase, insights are gathered through interviews and surveys to challenge beliefs constructively. We assess team psychological safety and effectiveness perceptions to pinpoint areas for improvement. Workshops allow teams to define purpose, behaviour, and roles, fostering accountability and growth. Learning opportunities and coaching refine approaches, while reviews track progress through benchmarking and self-evaluations. We wrap up by setting future goals and celebrating achievements, promoting ongoing team evolution and improvement.
