COACH, AUTHOR, FACILITATOR & FOUNDER
Asha guides founders, leaders, teams, and organisations towards clarity, collaboration and performance success. Holding an MA in Leadership, Coaching & Mentoring and Certification as a Team Coaching Systemics Practitioner, Asha integrates leadership methodologies and organisational psychology to build competitive businesses and has worked on major marketing and educational projects.
Helen, an EMCC-accredited coach with a PR diploma and media production degree, and her magical abilities to inspire teams and individuals, and create community, have led some clients to refer to her as 'the people whisperer’. Her book, 'Founders, Freelancers & Rebels', guides creative freelancers and comes alive in her workshops, coaching, and events.

Meet An Expert
We've assembled four experts to guide you in building organisational culture: a freelance actor/presenter, HR director, HR law expert, and sustainability specialist.
Shireenah is our first expert: an award-winning actor, presenter and Birmingham Royal Ballet board member. Originally from Birmingham, she has over 12 years of global entertainment industry experience, including work on film and stage.
